Method of Payment:

We do not exclude anyone based on insurance status or ability to pay.

Confidential Orasure HIV testing

No blood no needles, is offered five days a week. Pre and post- test counseling is required. Results are given out a week later.

Anonymous Home access HIV test

For proficient English speakers. Results are accessed by the telephone in a few days after you mail your test in.

Confidential Rapid HIV testing

Uses the Oraquick test, which requires a pinprick and a small sample of blood, is offered three days of the week. Pre and post- test counseling is required. Results are given in half an hour. If the client tests positive with the Oraquick test, their blood is sent to an outside laboratory for confirmation. The client can return to APICHA in approximately three days for their confirmation.

Confidential syphilis testing

A sample of blood is required. It is offered the same time that rapid HIV testing is offered.
