Support Services for PWH/A
Being diagnosed with HIV or AIDS can evoke many feelings such as anxiety, depression, and loneliness. In the past, HIV or AIDS was thought of as a terminal illness and many people withdrew from family, friends or other life activities. However we now know that HIV, when treated early and adequately, does not necessarily mean a death sentence, and can become a manageable chronic illness.
We are here to help you to get the services that you are entitled to. Our goal is to create a comfortable and safe space for those who are living with or are affected by HIV/AIDS. Our services are confidential and free to all regardless of your gender, sexual orientation, immigration status, nationality, religion or creed.
Eligibility Requirement: Proof of HIV positive status
Here are the services we provide:

When you join our case management program, you will be assigned a team of case manager and bilingual assistant who will access your needs, and assist you in obtaining services such as: medical, mental health, health insurance, public financial assistance and various support services. Your case management team will meet with you on an ongoing basis to ensure your needs are met.

Our nutritionist conducts individual consultations and group workshops for clients who enroll in the food and nutrition service. This service is open to clients who are not registered for APICHA case management services.
