How do I get to your health center?

Apicha CHC is located at:

400 Broadway
New York, NY 10013
(Entrance is on 70 Walker Street – one block south from Canal Street in lower Manhattan.)

How to Get Here:

By Subway:

We are close to the following subway trains: N, R, Q, 1, A, C, E, J, Z and 6 trains which all stop at Canal Street. Exit at Canal Street and walk to the intersection of Canal Street and Broadway. Walk one block south on Broadway until you reach Walker Street. Our building is located on the corner of Walker Street and Broadway.

By Bus:

Take the southbound M5 MTA bus line to Walker and Broadway stop, or the northbound M5 to Walker and Church St. Our building is down the street from the bus stop, walk across the street and you will be on the Corner of Walker and Broadway in front of 400 Broadway. Our entrance is on Walker St.

Can I come to your health center if I don’t have insurance?

Yes. Our mission at Apicha Community Health Center is to provide healthcare services to all those in need. Schedule an appointment so that we can help determine if you can qualify for our low cost or a sliding scale contribution.

Can I be seen without proof of income?

If you do not have proof of income, you will be asked to sign a Financial Self-Declaration Form (download form) that certifies your income for financial assistance. This helps our staff determine your eligibility for a discounted fee schedule.
